Delivery Partners
Squire collaborates with reliable transport and courier agencies to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. However, Squire shall not be held liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges and any associated fines or penalties if an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues.
Delivery Timeframes
Our goal is to deliver your orders within approximately 4-6 working days from the date of shipment. All orders are dispatched using trusted carriers and are delivered directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Address
To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete shipping address, including the pin code or zip code. Your billing address should match the address where you receive your credit card bills, while the shipping address is where we will deliver your order.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges
If a size issue arises due to the customer's fault or dissatisfaction with the product quality, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping charges.
Our Preferred Courier Partners
Squire utilizes the services of esteemed transport and courier agencies, including Fedex, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Dotzot. These agencies typically deliver within 48-72 hours to major cities in India.
Alternate Shipping Options
If you prefer alternative shipping options, please contact us at squirecustomercare@gmail.com. We may provide special quotes for shipping, especially for large merchandise orders, upon request.
Split Shipments
In the case of multiple orders, shipments may arrive separately based on product availability and shipping locations.

All our products are shipped from India.
Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays
Squire will not provide refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely for shipping delays caused by the carrier agency. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion, which you can use for future orders.
Delay Notification
If your order is delayed due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues, Squire will inform you via email.
Shipment Time
The estimated shipment time provided on our website for each product is indicative and subject to change. For an accurate estimate, please email us with your order number or item codes.
Transit Risk
All orders shipped by Squire are fully insured at no additional cost to customers. In the rare event of a lost order during transit, Squire will reprocess the order. However, we are not responsible for lost packages during transit or any damages to packaging once the carrier agency has delivered it to the address provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Shipment
Squire will provide shipment details via email alerts once the package is handed over to the carrier agency. The email alerts will include the transport/courier agency website details, tracking number, and expected delivery date.
Request for Address Change
If you need to change your postal address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to squirecustomercare@gmail.com.
Ready to Ship Section
Our Ready to Ship Section allows you to place last-minute orders, ensuring delivery within the next 4-6 business working days.
Delays

However, we may provide benefits like store credit for future orders or free gifts on a case-by-case basis.
